Booking Process

After booking
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
  • You’ll then receive a separate email with next steps, including your secure intake form.
  • Complete your intake form and upload all requested documents for review.
  • Once your intake form and documents have been reviewed, you’ll receive your secure Remote Online Notarization (RON) session link along with any final instructions for your appointment.
Before your appointment
  • Leave signature lines blank unless you’ve been instructed otherwise.
  • Have a valid government-issued photo ID available for identity verification.
  • Join from a device with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.
