JG Notary Express LLC provides Remote Online Notarization and related administrative services.

Whether a particular document or transaction can be completed through Remote Online Notarization depends on applicable law, notarial requirements, document eligibility, signer circumstances, identity verification, technology requirements, and any restrictions applicable to the receiving party or transaction.

Submission of a booking request does not guarantee that a requested notarization can or will be completed.

Appointment Requests & Document Review

Appointments are offered by appointment and may be subject to document review and preparation before the session.

JG Notary Express LLC may request additional information before confirming or proceeding with an appointment.

A booking request may need to be rescheduled, modified, or declined if sufficient preparation time is unavailable, required information is missing, the document is not eligible, or applicable notarization requirements cannot be satisfied.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, submitting the correct document, following appointment instructions, appearing for the session, and satisfying applicable identity-verification requirements.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that they understand the document they intend to sign and that the document is complete except for information that is intended to be completed during the notarization.

Clients are encouraged to confirm any special requirements with the receiving party before the notarization when acceptance is uncertain.

Fees & Payment

Pricing may depend on the requested service, number of notarial acts, number of signers, witnesses, document requirements, platform-related services, or other appointment needs.

Technology Requirements

Remote Online Notarization requires compatible technology, an appropriate internet connection, audiovisual communication, and successful completion of any identity-verification or electronic-signing steps required by the applicable platform.

The client is responsible for having access to the technology reasonably required to participate in the session.

Technology & Platform Interruptions

JG Notary Express LLC uses third-party technology to provide online services. Service may occasionally be affected by platform outages, telecommunications problems, internet connectivity, identity-verification systems, payment systems, or other technology outside our direct control.

When appropriate, an affected appointment may be delayed or rescheduled.

Electronic Communications

When you contact JG Notary Express LLC electronically, you consent to receiving responses through an appropriate communication method consistent with your request and any applicable communication-consent requirements.

Email and ordinary SMS should not be used to transmit unnecessary highly sensitive information.

SMS communications are also subject to the SMS & Mobile Information provisions contained in this policy.
